Has anyone managed to crack the ETACS and figure out a turn signal flasher modification?

Modification in what sense ? what are you trying to accomplish ? Between here and the Club 3G Eclipse guys just about everything has been accomplished

Ive looked on both, i am going to be doin leds for turn signals and dont really wanna use load resistors so i was curious if anyone cracked the ETACS yet to change out the flasher

Use load resistors. Nobody even sees them anyway. A pack of enough 560ohm resistors to do the job is a dollar. toss in 5 bucks for some solder and heat shrink tubing and I doubt you're going to go broke.
