Here some pics of the car, does a pretty good job of showing off some of the new stuff I've done...

First the rear end, and the awesome paintwork a friend if mine did on the rear insert...

This one shows the stance the new suspension has given it

I just thought these were pretty good...

Since I never posted one, here's a shot of some of the interior. You can see the new shift ball I installed when I put in the new shifter in this one

Very Nice, I love your willingness to work on any car. You've found a way to make improvements to a pretty sweet car. The suspension looks nice, it'll probably settle some more too. =D gives it a nice aggressive stance!

That silver on the GTO makes a world of diffrence. I've never understood why the factory dosen't do more of that. Not saying it needs it, but it would set off some stripes if you ever plan to put some on.

Nice work.

I just like nice cars, I'm not really a brand loyalist. Heck, sometime today I'm probably gonna head over to my uncle's house and help him work on his 1987 Mustang GT.

I said pretty much the same thing, it looks like it should have been that way from the factory. I agree on the stripes, I'm gonna look into that eventually. Probably do something in vinyl, and if it looks really good, get it painted on later.

Next thing on the list will probably be some window tint.

Electronically limited to like 150 or 155. Supposedly because of the tires, and if you take the limiter off it'll hit 160 something stock.

If money's burning a hole in your pocket, I'd suggest new rims... Those things look pretty "Grand Prix," imo...

Is it just me, or does the front end still seem to sit too high?

I really like the blue gauges. Was that stock? Is it meant to match the body color or do they all have blue gauges?

Nope, blew plenty of money on it already, so I'm gonna stick with those wheels for a while.

The front does still sit a little higher than the rear, but not much. It also had a full tank of gas when we took the pics. Once it gets around 1/2 or so it sits a little more level. I don't want to lower it any more though because I've already had some exhaust stuff under the car scrap on a speed bump.

The gauges are stock. All of the cars had colored gauges, usually matched to either the car or interior. There were 2 shades of both blue and red, and they got the same color gauges. The only ones they didn't color match to the exterior that I know of were black and silver. On those cars you could get a red interior (the silver-red was some kind of special car) and they got red gauges. Most cars had an option to color match the interior to the exterior, or just get black leather. Mine is the black interior, and after seeing some of the color matched, I'm glad mine is black, the colored one's are a bit too much. Besides, it makes my car more rare, they made more with blue interiors than black. So in short, the gauges match either the body, interior, or both.

Uh huh... so?....

lol - j/k

I know what you mean - I've been researching upgrading the Viper to an ABS system. Then I learned that the Tremec T-6060 Tranny from the '09 Viper will fit in a Gen II Viper, but requires a different vehicle speed input to the PCM. If I upgrade to ABS, that module gives it's own speed sense signal, which would allow me to upgrade to the T-6060 Tranny, which is MUCH nicer than the T-56 that my Viper currently has...

The mods just keep piling up, don't they....

You should see my wishlist for my Motorcycle. At least it's not all gay-ass chromed this and that (My dad sufferers from that on his Goldwing). (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

If you do that, and want to get rid of that T-56, I found out that with a different output shaft and bell housing the T-56 from the Viper will bolt up to my car.

As far as upcoming mods, I don't have much planned. I'm thinking once it starts warming up outside I'll get the windows tinted. Other than that, not much. I'd like to put headers on it at some point, but they're expensive, so that could be a while. Other things I need to spend money on first.
