I've got a 3.0 coupe.
After warming the car up and driving it say 15+ minutes I'll shut it off go into a store or whatever for 20+ minutes and when I start the car I get a loud rumbling sound that works it's way down the exhaust and only lasts around a few seconds. Never happens on cold start. Also I feel like I have a lack of power and sometimes while driving the car will stumble and then go back to normal. Any advice I can't figure it out, my assumption is clogged catalytic converter or fuel injectors

Clogged catalytic converter will put out a certain odor. Fuel injectors will (should) throw a check engine light.

Is the check engine light on? Does it come on for a few seconds when you turn the car on at least? If not I would get the codes scanned. The light should come on when you start the car so you know its working.

My light does work but the car isn't throwing any codes
And there is no oder coming from the exhaust

My new daily does that. I'll be driving and it stumbles like the power was just cut, then immediately go back to normal. It happens maybe once on the 100 miles a day I put on it going back and forth to work. I don't get any codes and it doesn't stall so I never bother to investigate it. I doubt it's the converter considering how I drive it, but who knows.
