Thought everyone would appreciate this.

As many of you are probably aware, Photobucket pretty much ass-raped the DIY, Build Threads, and How-To sections for automotive forums by disabling hot-linking and extorting its userbase for money...making forums into graveyards with blank images stating "hot-linking is disabled" and "third party images are unavailable" that were once full of valuable information.

Then...along came some angel from the night sky, who developed a Chrome and Firefox add-on that allows you to say FUCK YOU PHOTOTBUCKET and continue to view original photos!

Chrome Add-on

Firefox Add-on

You're welcome 2GStratus community!

As the title states, I've got a set of EVO 8 Brembos for sale.

$650 shipped!
No broken, missing, seized bolts like you see mentioned in so many other fs posts for these.
Condition isn't the greatest, but a nice powder coating would go a long way! (and is what I did with my previous Stratus)

Interesting fact, but you can put a front bumper in your car through the trunk and rear seats. Just be careful and bring some towels to not scratch paint.
I bought/transported a front bumper a while back.

Nice.
I know Allen is running low 13's with his turbo R/T right now. If he gets an AWD setup into it and the 6g75 that car might have some competition for "fastest stratus" haha

Why would you even need a picture of that... lol
That's nothing special, rain/moisture makes things look slick/more transparent even when they aren't. Heck, that's why your lights will look perfect when doing them and then once you're done and it dries it looks exactly like what he was saying his do. More sanding, rubbing compound, clear coat and buffing!

I can't tell if there's uneven wear in those pictures. Take them off, clean them and get farther away for a photo.

Hotel looks excellent. I even found a cool feature on my phone for finding local places, Wise and I can scroll around get some good eaten all weekend!

No need to scroll around, Long's powerful knowledge of the Yelp app will be all we need for this year again!

I've found a good option for everyone I believe.
It appears to be able to accommodate everything we need too. Parking, location, good reviews and good price.

COMFORT SUITES INDIANAPOLIS
Rooms currently are $79/night. I'll be getting a slightly higher one again this year with a Jacuzzi and everyone is welcome to hangout during the meet at my room.
People last year didn't stay at the same hotel for prices, and this should fix that issue this year. I don't want anyone driving around after all the shenanigans/drinking at night, and don't want anyone to not have fun by being responsible/sober to drive back either.

I'd suggest getting a room NOW. We're about 5 weeks out and it's the best time to get a room rate-wise is about a month or so out.
Please coordinate with those interested in sharing a room and let me know once you've booked.
Everyone has my phone number right?

I don't see too much wrong with these wheels honestly, the lip looks like it needs to be refinished which is doable.

I'll drive and get them and refurbish them for you then sell them for $500 if I have someone willing to do a downpayment (not getting stuck with wheels I don't want but happy to help someone get some!). If you'd want to do a color change I could also paint them or arrange to have a local company powder coat them.

You'd pay a nonrefundable 50% down payment before I'd get them and we could either meet at the 2GMWM14 in Indy or I'd drive 2hrs from Geneseo IL.

QUOTE (abecker7596 @ Apr 1 2014, 07:34 PM) *
I am planning on staying at the Candewood Suites Airport. I stayed there when I was stuck in the ice storm on my way home from my MWM trip last year and I was Thoroughly impressed. Good rates and awesome rooms. They have lots of options for room sizes too.

Thanks Allen, I'll update the OP with this hotel information. I don't see a Jacuzzi available in the suites though! *edit - having issues with looking online for reserving a room for some reason, I'll update the OP later

QUOTE (Aerolite01 @ Apr 1 2014, 10:09 PM) *
Anyone interested in splitting a room? Obviously the cheaper the better, but still decent.

I personally won't be but I'll be getting a suite since a regular room is probably too small for a group to comfortably hangout in.

Well just did some maintenance this weekend to my STi: endlinks, 22mm swaybar bushings, oil and brake pads.

Planning on doing the following this summer:
e85 conversion
paint correction
continue maintaining
It's not much, but it'll be plenty for me (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Bring out the R/T! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
It'll be your only long road trip of the year probably, since it was sounding like MTOD was going to take a year off with how low attendance was last year.

I should be selecting a hotel this weekend, haven't gotten any suggestions from anyone. I forgot who said would look into them?
Obviously want to have free parking, a good location with things to do around it is good too.
