Its been a couple weeks now, but I traded in the Stratus on a 2012 Maxima SV. Fully loaded minus the sport package which ive read is basically just 19" wheels rather than the 18" wheels mine came with. Though no one hardly browses here any more, Im sure ill miss the Stratus and its good looks and reliability despite its terrible resale value. If I had to do it again, I'd buy the Stratus Coupe in a heartbeat. My car had never left me stranded and was relatively easy to work on.

Pics of the new car and the last day of ownership of the Stratus.

Only thing on the list of modifications is HID foglights to match the factory headlights (May go LED), Eibach Pro-kit lowering, 20% window tint all around, and may do interior LED upgrade.

Definitely loving the power and smoothness of the VQ engine, and the CVT transmission is impressive even after driving a manual transmission for so long.

HOLY SHIT!!!!!!! Never thought you would sell it. Always one my favorites, lets hope whatever new owner gets it doesn't destroy it.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) . I really hope who ever ends up with it takes great care of it. Still looked great even on the day I traded it in. The salesman had to drive it to make sure everything worked as it should; he said the last salesman who took in a car didnt test drive it and it had a lot wrong so he went through it all. Transmission and engine worked great and were nice and quiet, AC was ice cold and everything worked as it should.

I wouldnt budge off $1000. They offered $750. Its a base model (though I upgraded most everything to R/T level) It had a bad CV axle boot, an EGR code (didnt affect anything), no secondary catalytic converter (no emissions in TN), and was at 160k on the original timing belt. Had I been able to get everything up to par to pass emissions here, I could have sold it for more since it was in good condition. Recently moved to NC where they have emissions and inspections and currently living in an apartment so I have no where to work on it really.

Sad to see it go. Still a great looking car after all these years. Hope you still hang around the forums!

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggthumpup.gif) I still find myself here daily at least once, in hopes that there will be 20 threads open like the good old days. Once we get settled in our new place I have quite a few extra parts to sell.
