OK my problem only happens during acceleration after 25 MPH. I just changed the engine side mount. I looked at the other mounts and they didnt look damaged but I didnt take them off the car to know for sure. I put 19s and the hub centric rings are on. I didnt drive my car for about 3 months before I change the rims. I been reading alot but everything I see happens at cruising or braking. I dont have that JUST speeding up. Cruising is fine (feel it very little), Off the gas do not feel it.

What you guys think? give me some recommendations to look at.

Check your tie rods. Its been a common issue with our cars ranging from the Avenger/Sebring to the Stratus/Sebring cars. Check your bushings too.

Let me know if that helps...

Possibly just a balancing problem. A balance solved my vibrations.

Check your stereo. The volume may not be loud enough to drown out the problem sound. (IMG:http://www.2gstratus.org/forums/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Did it start after you lowered it?
I have a vibration exactly like you describe...only during acceleration, mainly low RPM's 2nd gear. It stops when I let off the gas, or if I"m just cruising.
Mine is from the car being so low. It changed the angle of the half shafts just enough that they're not only spining to turn the wheels, but also pushing out due to the angle they're now at.
As far as I know the only fix is to have special sized axels made. And noone makes them.

It just started doing it, my car has been lowered about 3 years now and about 60k miles. I dont think its from lowering it. Lowering it might have made the problem come faster then stock ride height. I am leaning towards the CV joint or tierods. I will take a look maybe tonight to see if I can notice anything. I appreicate all you guys help.

Does it shake under a hard accelleration or just a slow "in traffic" acceleration. I had a problem a while back where it would shakle like hell between about 35 and 40 when accellerating gradually. Turned out the tranny just needed a fluid flush and refill.

Just a thought.
